OUR MISSION

It takes many seen and unseen hands to bring a bean from farm to cup. At Publica Coffee Roasters, we are committed to roasting the best tasting coffee, which requires the highest quality at each production stage. To us, coffee is a drink that unites people of many different backgrounds, building community.

Our logo — an elephant — symbolizes this attitude. Elephants look out for each member of their herd and beyond, from the smallest to the largest. It is our goal to do the same. In keeping with this mission, we are committed to giving back 20% of all profits to fund existing trauma-related initiatives and to amplifying the voices of those who have traditionally been left out.
