Can I return coffee products?
Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. NO WORRIES-If there was an error, contact us at publicacoffee@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will rectify the problem. If you’re dissatisfied with your coffee, Publica will guide you to finding a coffee that will meet your expectations.
